After years of contact and cooperation with France, the Grier family of Villiera Wines in South Africa, purchased a vineyard in the South of France in 2006. They produce a complete range of wines in the heart of the Fenouillèdes, in the famous Agly Valley, considerer one of the finest terroirs of the
Roussillon region. The Domaine Grier Odyssea expresses the successful combination of Old and New World.

in the cellar : This wine was created to reflect the “Terroir” using only classic varieties of the region. Each component was vinified separately before blending in December 2015. Use of oak was limited to ensure a style that expresses the site without being masked by wood.
