Dark fruit laced with spice and roast coffee beans. Balanced mouth-feel with spice, liquorice and mocca.
Young and easy, but serious.

Each vintage of this wine is named after one of the children of the Ord and Arnold families. This vintage is dedicated to Nadine - the daughter of Kevin and Heather Arnold.

in the cellar : Cold soaked for 1 day and then fermented on its skins for 7-8 days, the yeast used during fermentation was L0256 (Lallemand).
Pressed at 4º Balling, then into barrel to complete fermentation.
The wine was barrel aged for 12 months in 60% American oak and 40% French oak.
Fining: 2 Egg whites per barrel.
Filtration: Medium filtration at bottling.
This wine was bottled in May 2002.
