in the vineyard : These grapes are grown above the snow line on the Cederberg Mountains.

in the cellar : Cool crushed grapes underwent a five hour skin contact in static drainers before being fermented in new 300 liter French oak barrels. After fermentation the wine was left on it’s lees for eight months in the barrels.
