This powerful blend with almost four equal parts of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Shiraz and Petit Verdot puts up a show, characterised by dark, black fruit, savoury and spicy notes all well integrated with the oak from spending 18 months in 60% new French oak barriques.

The grapes were picked at optimum ripeness before undergoing natural fermentation in large French Oak fermenters. Made from selected blocks from Capaia terroir and only using the free running juice for this full-bodied red wine, it shows complexity and structure with rich flavours of ripe fruit and firm tannins.
