A bright ruby red Pinotage with elegant flavours of ripe plum, cherries and blackberries. Hints of strawberry carries through on the palate with subtle oak finishing the mouthfeel.

about the harvest: The grapes were picked at optimum maturity.
in the cellar : Grapes were fermented dry on the skin at 24 degrees Celsius. Thereafter the free run portion was aged in oak barrels for 14 months.
