This merlot provides a deep purple coloured wine, with intense flavours of dark berry fruit, spice and plum notes on the nose. Soft ripe tannins on the palate with a will rounded and balanced finish.

about the harvest: The grapes were picked at optimum maturity.
in the cellar : A selection of different pre-selected vineyards.The grapes were fermented dry on the skin at 25 degrees Celsius. Thereafter the free run portion was aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
