ageing : Ready to drink now, but will benefit from another year in the bottle.
in the vineyard : No irrigation - bosstok.
about the harvest: The grapes were harvested the of February at 23º Balling.
Production: 10 tons per hectare.
in the cellar : Fermented dry on the skins free runs and press juices were used. After alcoholic fermentation wine was left an extra 7 days on the skins.
