Org de Rac (Piketberg) and Reyneke Wines (Stellenbosch), have worked very hard over the last 20 years.
Natural compost, companion planting and sea-bird manure create a natural environment for vineyards to flourish, ensuring optimum health of roots, shoots, leaves and grapes. To keep harmful bugs and disease-carrying pests at bay, natural predators such as wasps are released into the vineyards to decimate the unwanted insects. Happy ducks eat the snails, and provide their natural manure, which prevents the use of poisonous fertilisers

- Org de Rac Chardonnay Lightly wooded : Irresistible aromas of tropical fruit are beautifully balanced by subtle oak and follow through on the palate. The lingering finish rewards with titillating lime and gorgeous butterscotch.
- Org de Rac Merlot: An elegant yet vibrant wine. Lighter in style with a bouquet of berry, plum, cigar-box, a whiff of mint and a touch of dark chocolate. Generous on the palate with well-integrated oak and soft tannins supporting the delicate fruit flavours.
- Org de Rac Reserve Shiraz: Enticing aromas of black forest cake, ripe plum, cherry and vanilla beckon on the nose. On the palate subtle hints of roasted coffee bean combine with oak spice while delightful dried fruit flavours linger on the aftertaste
- Reyneke Organic Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot: The nose has distinct mulberry, blackcurrant and cherry characters, along with cedarwood and spices. Layers of black fruit, cherries, spices and liquorice develop on the palate, making the wine very enjoyable. Well balanced & structured, with juicy sweet tannins, but a dry finish. The 2020 Organic Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot is a 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot blend.
- Reyneke Organic Chenin Blanc: Notes of quince, pear and yellow apple are apparent on the nose, with notes of star fruit and sweet pineapple. The palate is fresh and vibrant, showing flavours of lemon zest and apple. The wine has well integrated acid, a very good structure, core and a nice long finish.
- Reyneke Organic Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon: The nose is spicy, with aromas of black pepper, plum, cherry and cedar wood. There is also a light perfume of violets and plum on the nose. The palate is well balanced and structured, with juicy fresh tannins and a dry finish. Distinct notes of red fruit and spice on the palate, all add to this complex and enjoyable wine. The 2019 Organic Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon is made up of a blend of 85% Shiraz and 15 % Cabernet Sauvignon.
