Fresh, ripe grapes arrived at the winery bright and early. These grapes underwent a careful process that included crushing, draining the juice, and pressing the skins. Once the juice had settled, the clear liquid undergoes cold fermentation within stainless steel tanks. Following this, the wine was meticulously stabilised and filtered.
