in the vineyard : The vineyards that supplied the grapes for this wine benefit from their aspect on a South-westerly slope. Rainfall is supplemented by micro-irrigation, when necessary.

about the harvest: The wine was vinified and spent six months in contact with French oak. It was de-alcoholised gently to preserve the unique varietal, vintage and terroir characteristics of the wine.
