ageing : Can be enjoyed now or cellar at a cool temperature for 5-10 years.

Named after a remarkable little ship with a fascinating history that led Vasco da Gama’s challenging expeditionary voyage around Cape Agulhas early in 1497.

in the cellar : The Grapes are from Francis Pratt's farm. Hand-picked, processed, crushed, in the press with minimal skin contact. Pressed into stainless steel tanks where fermentation took place. Extended lease contact was followed by blending the Berrio components. The wine was then stablised and bottled.
