Wildeberg Wild House Chenin Blanc 2021

Yellow and tropical fruit on the nose with comice pear notes. Crisp acidity with a waxy texture and hints of citrus and lychee. Fresh mandarin tang on the palate with a bright juicy finish.

To tame some of this energy and add more complexity and depth to the final wine, I’ve kept it on its fine lees for approximately nine months.
