in the vineyard : 70% 40-year-old, unirrigated bush vines from Piekenierskloof, plus 30% younger bush vines from Paarl (hence, W.O. Western Cape)
about the harvest: The Paarl component has been barrel fermented in 4-6 year old 500L French oak.
