about the harvest: A full style Chardonnay picked at 24.5Âº balling, on 15 March. The grapes came from higher lying vineyards, approx. 150 meters above sea level.

in the cellar : Whole bunch pressing with juice extraction of 70%. Wine was fermented and matured in 300 liter new Francois Frere oak barrels for a period of six months.
