Delheim Merlot 2019

The wine has a deep ruby colour with dark riper fruits on the nose and it shows blackberries, mulberries and fleshy plums with fine oak spice notes. The palate has a rounded mouth-feel and medium body supported by the dark fruit flavours, cigar box and silky tannins on the finish. This fruit-driven style of Merlot is perfect to savour on its own but will also pair well with Lamb Shank and roasted vine dried tomatoes.
