in the vineyard : The soil is sandy weathered granite, with rootstock R99. The age of the vines is 7-25 years and yields 8-11 tonnes per hectare.

about the harvest: We harvested end January, early February. The harvest was sunny, dry during final ripening. Night harvested for optimum handling.

in the cellar : Cool fermentation with selected aromatic yeast. The wine was filtered immediately post fermentation to retain freshness.
