in the vineyard : To say that the vineyard plays a big role in producing a wine of this stature is an understatement. We`ve been working with this Cab Franc vineyard in Banghoek since 2009 , planted on the red oakleaf soil and at an elevation of 433 m, the vineyards have been begging to be bottled on its own. When standing in this vineyard, high up in the Banghoek Valley, surrounded by the Stellenbosch mountains and the natural Fynbos, is hard not to then except the challenge.
