The story goes that Queen Cleopatra bathed in milk to keep her looking young as ever, drinking Chardonnay has the same effect. The vineyard for this wine does not exist anymore, so it’s also an ode to it. Planted at 575 m above sea level and only getting there by walking the last few 100
meters, this was truly something worth doing and worth doing well.

in the cellar : Two barrels made, bottled in magnums after aging for 28 months in French Oak barrels. Unfiltered and unfined as to make it as pure as possible. With a 14.4% alcohol and a 6.3 g/l TA, it show its class without being pretentious.
