Ruby red with hints of berries, nuts and sweet fruit. A sweet ripe fruit palate with soft, ripe tannins and a long berry fruit finish. Suitable for all occasions.

in the vineyard : The Cinsaut vines have an average age of more than 20 years and yield 10 tonnes per hectare. These vines have overhead irrigation. The Cabernet Sauvignon vines are grafted onto 101-14 Mgt, are aged between 11-15 years and have a yield of 7 tonnes per hectare.

about the harvest: The grapes were harvested at 23ºB. Harvested from specially selected Helderberg region vineyards.

in the cellar : Cool fermentation (20-24°C). Pressed before dryness (2-3°B) to retain soft fruity character.
