Infiniti Sparkling Brut 1999

Michelangelo International Wine Award 2002 - Silver
Good frothy mousse, pale straw colour with fine, lazy bead. Nose is toasty, yeasty with hint of nuts. It has a creamy entrance with a rich complex palate of nuts, warm toast and medium spicy, fruity candy flavours with complex, full persistent finish.

This is a great aperitif or amazing with oysters or veal.
