Deep ruby red color. : Strong red berry and plum favours with elegant tannins. Well balanced, medium-bodied wine with a fresh finish. For a full-favoured experience, we recommend drinking young. Primary fruit aromas lead to an abundance of red berries & plums.

in the vineyard : It was a cool wet growing season that replenished the water reserves.
Age of vines: 15 - 20 Years
about the harvest: We started harvesting the first week of February and ended the last week of March 2021. This harvest had some challenges with covid-19 sale restrictions, lockdown, and some rain that made planning difficult. Overall the quality of the wines shows lots of promise.
in the cellar : Different systems of skin contact and fermentation in open fermenters, roto tanks and fermentomatics. 6 to 8 days on skins at 25°C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine was treated with oak.
