in the cellar : Typical secondary characteristics have developed with bottle age; nicely honeyed on the nose with hints of dried herbs. The palate is still crisp but the fruit has lost its former intensity to leave a more soft, rounded feel. Ideal for patio sipping, or for enjoying with roast chicken, fish soufflé or tuna and onion savory pancakes.
