An off-dry noble cultivar. Due to the unique cool conditions at Groot Constantia this cultivar grows very well on the Estate. Vineyards planted high up on the Southeasterly slopes and cooled by the sea breezes, produce the grapes for this wine. The result is a slightly sweet wine with all the complexity and maturation potential which has established Weisser Riesling as one of the top varieties in the world. A fine, complex wine on both the nose and the palate.
