Painted Wolf The Den Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

A crowd-pleasing medium-bodied wine with typical Cabernet Sauvignon flavours of red current, blue berry and black raspberry and cigar box with a touch of toasty oak. The wine has a lovely rich mid-mouth texture and a long, fruit-driven finish with fresh acid and gentle mouth-coating tannins.

in the vineyard : Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from several different vineyards in Paarl and Swartland and Stellenbosch.
in the cellar : Fermented with Bordeaux yeast strains in tank with French oak and completed malolactic fermentation and maturation on oak for 6 months. Total production 18,000 bottles.
