Chamonix Pinot Noir Rosé 2023

On release our Dry Pinot Noir shows a rose gold color, Floral aromas with scents of rose pedals and violets on the palate. It is light bodied with rich fruit sensations balanced by a natural acidity.

Pinot Noir grapes from the Franschhoek region, comes from two vineyard sites.
about the harvest: The two blocks are hand-harvested separately at optimal ripeness at 21.2B.
in the cellar : At the cellar the grapes are sorted and destemmed. The free run juice will run over the skins for colour extraction before fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks.
