This Pinotage Rosé MCC boasts a beautiful pale salmon pink colour with a coppery twinkle. It features a delicate strawberry perfume with subtle nutmeg notes indicating its bottle ageing. After undergoing a second fermentation in the bottle, the wine was aged for an additional 12 months on the lees, resulting in a wine with great depth and complexity.
