The Ubuntu Pinotage 2021 is a very light-styled red wine offering characters of light red cherry, bright strawberry, fresh raspberry, and a hint of black bramble. The structure is light which gives a red wine that can been joyed slightly chilled even in the summer.

about the harvest: The winter prior to 2021 allowed good growth in the vineyards as the water table was reasonably filled. It gave the vineyards a chance to produce a nice canopy leading to phenolic ripe grapes. The 2021 vintage also offered us optimal sugars at the correct times.
