Manley Private Cellar Shiraz 2018

This Shiraz shows strong aroma characteristics of mocha, dark chocolate, and blackberry that elegantly follow through on the
palate, providing a well-balanced, sophisticated wine with a very subtle hint of spice on the nose. The Shiraz has been aged in French
oak for two years and has undergone the process of malolactic fermentation, adding to an indulgent and elegant red wine. The palate is well-rounded with a soft and velvety tannin structure.

The 2018 vintage was an unexpectedly good year with regard to wine quality. The dryness of the year offered smaller berries giving greater
extraction as well as less disease stress. The balance of acidity and great colours and aroma extraction was distinctive for the 2018 vintage.
