Sometimes the simplest experiences can spark the most joy: dewdrops glittering in the rising sun, the honey-sweet scent of wildflowers, a butterfly in flight. It’s the beauty in the everyday that touches the heart and makes the spirit light. Light on the body, too, is this lively Sparkling Rosé.

in the cellar : Grapes were harvested early morning. Skin contact was given for a few hours to extract some colour from the skins. Only free run juice was used. The juice was cleared by flotation, racked and inoculated with yeast. After alcoholic fermentation was completed, the wine was racked and SO2 was added to preserve the wine until it was ready to be bottled.
