Wildekrans Barrel Select Reserve Grenache Blanc 2018

Slight hint of ginger on the nose with light fruitiness, reminiscent of pear or peach. The palate is quite lean, restrained with a sort of gentle white fruitiness. Hint of minerality, good texture.

about the harvest: This cultivar was planted as an experiment on a dry shale block that was going to be used for development

in the cellar : This wine has been made with time and care in a slow and gentle process to produce an elegant style of wine that shows off this cultivar. The jiuce underwent natural fermentation with no yeast added. This wine has been aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.
