Jordan Timepiece Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

The inaugural vintage of the Timepiece Cabernet Sauvignon showcases the transparency of fruit associated with mature vines. This wine is rich and intense, with brooding flavours of malted dark chocolate, salted black liquorice and blueberries. A hint of mint adds freshness and nuance to the glossy tannis. The wine finishes dry with an extremely long luscious character which ends with a refreshing savouriness.

about the harvest: The grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness on the 8th of April 2022 at approximately 22.5.°B.
in the cellar : After the grapes were picked the whole bunches were fermented in an open-top tank. Where the grapes were punched down three times a day. Where after they were pressed with the stems on. The gentle pressing ensure full-flavoured wines with soft balanced tannis. The wines spent a toatal of 18 months in 225L French oak barrels.
