In the sun-drenched valleys of the Western Cape, legend tells of Old Hermon, a bicycling bugler who rode the dusty roads between Wellington and Riebeeck West. He announced the weekly arrival of the mail by train with a blast of his trusty bugle. Then, one day, Hermon vanished without a trace, leaving his legend echoing through the hills.
