Taste: An elegant full-bodied wine with hints of vanilla. The wine is wiith well-integrated oak spices and red fruit that carries through on a lingering aftertaste.
Pairs perfectly with oxtail, venison pie, panfried duck breast with cranberry jelly, and vegan chickpea and masala curry.
