Hoopenburg Cabernet Sauvignon 1999 - Winemakers Selection

This elegant, savoury Cabernet has beautiful bright garnet colours, rich cassis aromas and mature, ripe fruit flavours underpinned by a delicate oakiness from 12 months’ maturation in new French oak barriques. A lovely drink with a softness and smoothness that belies its youth. Will go well with simply prepared red meat dishes, such as beef fillet or lamb.
