Fairly reserved on the nose with a gentle touch of straw, pineapple, granadilla and some faint nettle. (I get the impression that it is all there to develop, but just a bit soon after bottling?) Sweet fruit in the mouth with clean cut fruit acid. Good aperitif or with white meats and fish.
