Supple, succulent wine made from intensely flavoured juice of fully ripened grapes grown on unirrigated sun drenched vines in deep, clay rich soils, packed with generous fruit flavours.

in the cellar : Picked into baskets and grapes selected before going into crusher. Pump over 3 times daily and left on skin for 28 days. Malolectic in French barrels oaked for 12 months, 30% new.
