Veritas 2003 - Bronze
Popular wine of the Estate. Fruity, flavourful blend of 60% Semillon and 40% Sauvignon Blanc, aromatic gooseberry, whiffs of dusty green peppers with a touch of lime and lemon, followed by wafting tropical fruit. Prepared separately and then blended. Full bodied yet easy to drink white wine.
Serving suggestions: Angel fish grilled with lemon butter sauce, parma ham with figs, honey roasted chicken.
