Bouchard Finlayson Sans Barrique Chardonnay 2002

Crafted in a Burgundian Chablis style for wine lovers who like their Chardonnay unhindered by the taste of oak. It projects a strong tropical and citrus fruitiness while not over powering the dry mineral tones on the mid-palate. The wine finishes with great length and depth of flavour. Makes a wonderful alternative to Sauvignon Blanc as an aperitif. Delicious with oysters, crustaceans and pasta dishes with cream or oil base sauces.
