Fruity with a multitude of fragrances, this wine surprises the palate with its dryness and long-lasting flavour.

Wonderful with spicy foods or even with a cheese plate – gruyére, provolone, strong Cheddar, goats milk cheeses - maybe even gamefish.

in the cellar : The grapes are harvested at full ripeness, crushed and fermented on the skins until dry. Pressing took place, after which the wine was left to develop in the cellar and bottled later.
