Morning Mist Chenin Blanc/Muscat

Bright, clear, straw coloured, with a slight green tinge around the edges. Pleasant fruit flavours of Chenin Blanc, combined with aromatic overtones from the Muscat. A complex interplay of tastes, crisp and dry, with a medium to long aftertaste. Kleinbosch Chenin Blanc/Muscat is an excellent partner to spicy dishes, salads and pâtés, as well as seafood and poultry. Serve chilled.

in the cellar : A delectable blend of tropical fruit flavours and muscat aromas is created in the Chenin Blanc/Muscat. The cool wet winters and long dry summers of the Paarl region suit both the varieties well, and they develop quite strong flavours. Muscat; Alexandrie, with its characteristic grapey bouquet, is the aromatic partner in the blend. After being pressed and fermented separately, the vinification process is completed before selected tanks are chosen for blending. The blend is then left on the lees for quite some time for increased complexity, resulting in a dry white wine of unique character.
