Sentinel Shiraz 2001

Named after the well known Sentinel peak overlooking the Cape coast. This wine has been fermented in small French and American Oak barrels and has developed smoky and chocolate flavours so typical of great Shiraz. This medium bodied wine is a great companion to hearty dishes, duck and roasts. Ideal with Buffalo shanks.
