in the vineyard : The grapes were harvested from vineyards in the Paarl, Piekenerskloof, Pedeberg and Malmesbury regions. The grapes are mostly sourced from dry farmed old bush vines. These are mostly vineyards with small cropping levels resulting in wine with considerable concentration.
