ageing : This wine will develop well over the next decade or longer.

about the harvest: Grapes were harvested full ripe at 27 Baling. 2001 was a very dry vintage.

in the cellar : Grapes were brought to cellar, destalked and lightly crushed. The must was put through a cooler, and cold soaked for a week before fermentation began. Malolactic was completed in barrel. This wine spend 14 months in new and 2nd fill French and American Oak Barrels.
