Roberts Rock Pinotage/Pinot Noir 2001

A light wine with a serious side, which is still exhibiting youthful characteristics in March 2000. The appearance is purplish red, the aromas fresh raspberry/strawberry and beetroot-like. The flavours are similar with a sprinkling of spicy oak. Elegantly structured ripe fruit.
Serving suggestion: Informally - on its own or with a smoked beef salad. A sociable wine.
