Ivory Creek Sauvignon Blanc

Superior dry white wine made from the noble Sauvignon Blanc variety. A typical refreshing Sauvignon Blanc with grassy and tropical flavours. A well-defined stylish dry white wine. This Sauvignon Blanc has an appealing floral bouquet and tropical fruit flavours which complement the typical lingering grassiness of this cultivar. Enjoy within 18 months with spicy food or on it’s own.

in the vineyard : These quality grapes were grown on the cool slopes of the Piekenierskloof Mountain.

about the harvest: The grapes were hand picked at night and carefully transported in small bins to the cellar.

in the cellar : Cool crushed grapes underwent a ten hour skin contact in static drainers before fermented under controlled conditions at 13°C. Everything was done reductively. No wood ageing.
