The wine has a nose of citrus and peach with citrus carrying through onto the front palate. It has a mouth filling mid-palate with a long clean finish.

in the vineyard : The grapes are grown on De Meye in the Western part of Muldersvlei. The vineyard faces South East. A cool Westerly wind during the ripening months ensures ripe, healthy, balanced grapes. The yield was 7 tons per hectare.
about the harvest: The grapes were pressed at 25º Balling.
in the cellar : The grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks at a cool 14ºC. It was left on fermentation lees for one months.
