In our endeavors to be at one with nature, this wine is produced in harmony with the local environment and composed into a fresh, crisp off-dry wine. Produced from riper Sauvignon Blanc grapes that were harvested in the early morning and cold fermented to keep all the delicate flavours intact. Originally a dry wine, Yvette has been re-introduced as an off dry.
