Tropical fruit, granadilla and guava. This very special Chenin Blanc has been barrel fermented and matured for 6 months. The longer lees contact makes for a perfectly harmonious, fruity, oaked blend. The creamy fullness of a barrel fermented wine and the fruit intensity of a good Chenin Blanc creates this rare and complex limited edition. An ideal ‘food’ wine, complementing a variety of dishes like chicken lasagne, as well as more spicy dishes such as Thai, or medium curries.
