Morgenhof Estate Sauvignon Blanc/Chenin Blanc 2000

This wine is a blend of 72% Sauvignon Blanc and 28% Chenin Blanc. This wine has a vibrant greenish colour. The nose shows lots of up-front fruit flavour, fresh cut grass and guavas. The palate is crisp although slightly sweet, well-balanced with flintiness, strawy and dusty flavours on the aftertaste. Enjoy with light meat salads, green salads, grilled fish dishes, light soups and as a pre-dinner drink.
