about the harvest: Handpicked in February during early mornings.

in the cellar : Settling not as clear as in the case of Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc. Fermentation started in tank and then transferred to barrel for rest of fermentation till dryness. Barrel details: 14 months in 300 litres French oak barrels of which 80% was new. On primary lees for 8 months.
